Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions

If you are a Tinder user in California who subscribed to Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold between March 2, 2015 and March 1, 2019 and were at least 29 years old at time of purchase, then you may be eligible for benefits under this settlement.

All eligible Class Members will receive 50 Super Likes as per the settlement. However, if you would like one of the three additional benefits as described in FAQ 7, then you must submit a Claim Form. Claim Forms may be filed online or by mail. The deadline for submitting this Claim Form is July 17, 2019, or thirty days after entry of Final Approval of the Settlement, whichever is later. Claim Forms received after this deadline may not be accepted.

No matter which method you choose to file your Claim Form, please read the Claim Form carefully and provide all the information required. Only one Claim Form may be submitted per Settlement Class Member.
